Normal Working Week – Courier Delivery
Orders received Monday to Friday before 12:00pm, are despatched for next day delivery as standard.
Orders received Friday, will be for delivery the next Monday as standard.
Orders placed with us over the weekend are processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Delivery Restricted Areas
Postcodes that start with: AB, IV, some PH, KW & HS or are situated in the Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Outer Hebrides & Ireland will be unable to place orders using our online system. If you do require delivery to any of the locations mentioned, please call us on 0121 622 2347

Where Holidays fall on a Friday and/or Monday the following will apply
Orders received on Thursday, before 12:00pm will be delivered the next working day
Orders received Friday to Monday (where holidays are applicable) will be processed on the next working day, for delivery the day after.
