Normal Working Week – DHL Delivery
Orders received Monday to Thursday, before 12:30pm, are despatched for next day delivery as standard.
Orders received Friday, before 11:30am, will be for delivery the next Monday as standard.
Orders placed with us over the weekend are processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Normal Working Week – Local Delivery Service
Deliveries that are for local areas (Postal codes: B1-B79), can be delivered by our own transport.
This delivery option is cost-effective for larger orders, as the delivery charge is based on distance from our premises, not the combined weight of goods.
Same day delivery can be available for local areas, please call us on 0121 622 2347 before placing your order should you require this.
Delivery Restricted Areas
Postcodes that start with: AB, IV, some PH, KW & HS or are situated in the Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Outer Hebrides & Ireland will be unable to place orders using our online system. If you do require delivery to any of the locations mentioned, please call us on 0121 622 2347.
Click and Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders are available to collect from 8am-4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8am-1.30pm Friday. Before coming to collect your order, please give us at least 1 hour to prepare your items.
